As example you can compare source code of original indicator Accelerator.mq4 with recovered Accelerator~.mq4. There's no difference in running both indicator, but variables names are lost.

How to use
Just install decompiler. And next time you double click on any
ex4 file,
recovered source code will be opened in MetaTrader editor. That's all.
Note: MetaTrader 4 should be installed on computer!
